1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User") and the ak441 platform ("Platform", "we"). By accessing this website, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any of the services provided, you automatically agree to be bound by all the terms stated in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you are required to stop using the Platform immediately. ak441 reserves the right to amend, add to or remove any part of these terms at any time without requiring prior user consent, however we will endeavour to notify users of significant changes through appropriate channels.

2. User Eligibility

To register and use ak441's services, you must meet the following requirements without exception:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Not be located in any jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling.
• Not be an employee, agent or contractor of ak441 or any related company.
• Not currently be enrolled in a voluntary self-exclusion programme on any gambling platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

ak441 reserves the right to request document verification such as an identity card (MyKad), passport or other documents deemed appropriate to verify the user's age and identity. Failure to submit the requested documents within the stipulated period may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual is a serious violation of these terms and may result in all such accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you are responsible for providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your full name, mobile phone number and active email address. Any changes to personal information must be notified to ak441 within a reasonable time.

• Your username and password are confidential and it is entirely your responsibility to keep them secure.
• You agree not to share your login details with any other party.
• Any activity carried out through your account is considered your own action.
• Report immediately to customer service if you suspect unauthorised access.

ak441 is not responsible for any losses arising from the sharing of passwords or the use of an account by an unauthorised party due to user negligence.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ak441 provides a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, as well as cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

• The minimum deposit for each method is RM10.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM100 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing is typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• All transactions must use an account or digital wallet registered in the user's own name.
• Fund transfers from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in the withdrawal being rejected.

ak441 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests that raise suspicion of money laundering or fraud. In such cases, we reserve the right to request additional information or involve the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ak441 offers various promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific conditions stated on the relevant promotions page. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated.

The ak441 welcome bonus gives an additional 120% on your first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus value before any withdrawal of funds obtained from that bonus is permitted.

• Bonuses cannot be converted directly into cash.
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per new user.
• Multiple accounts created for the purpose of obtaining bonuses will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• ak441 reserves the right to withdraw or change bonus conditions at any time.
• Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system will result in account termination.

6. Game Rules

The ak441 platform offers various game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, sportsbook and fishing games. Each game category has its own rules which can be found on the relevant page.

All game results are final and determined by a verified system. Any dispute relating to game results must be submitted to the 24/7 customer service team via live chat or email within 48 hours of the incident.

• Technical faults occurring during a game session will be resolved based on system records.
• Bets placed during a system disruption are considered void and funds will be returned.
• The use of automated software, bots or other cheating tools is strictly prohibited.
• ak441 reserves the right to void suspicious bets without providing further reason.

7. Responsible Gambling

ak441 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or phone. Any communication requesting your password is fraudulent and should be reported to us immediately.

9. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the ak441 platform. Violating any one of these prohibitions may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice.

• Opening more than one account for any purpose.
• Using a false identity or forged documents for registration.
• Using funds obtained from illegal activities to make deposits.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or system errors to obtain unauthorised gains.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to play automatically.
• Transferring account balances to other users or receiving transfers from other users.
• Making false claims or threats against customer service staff.

10. Limitation of Liability

ak441 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from game outcomes, service interruptions or unavoidable technical errors.

ak441's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made. This limitation of liability applies to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

ak441 reserves the right to amend, modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without requiring individual user consent. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the website or by email to registered accounts.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment is considered your acceptance of the revised terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest applicable version of the terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The ak441 platform operates under an international licence and complies with the regulatory requirements set by the relevant licensing authority. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation between both parties.

If negotiation fails to reach a resolution, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules and procedures set out in ak441's operating licence. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
